It was not easy at all, cultural contexts, cultural codes and idioms are very important in coaching, I had to be there with the whole me, and at the same time be as neutral as possible. 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺 A good work with the tone of voice and the non verbal cues.
